Energy certificate, land register, declaration of division or rent roll, good photography and an exposé that answers questions before they are asked. You do not have to search for anything — we tell you what we need.
The right people, not the most
We approach our buyer database first and publish only where it makes sense. Viewings are held exclusively with prospects we have met beforehand and whose financing we have checked.
To the handover of keys — and beyond
Negotiation, draft purchase agreement with the notary, financing confirmation, notarisation, handover protocol — on request we arrange building and liability insurance from handover, brand-neutrally through our partner network. And if a question comes up later, we are still there for you.
